Job Code: 19017Status: Full TimeLocation: Providence Care HospitalUnion: Non-UnionWage: $76,420.50 - $89,875.50Posting Period: August 26, 2025 - September 1, 2025Reporting to the Manager, Staff Scheduling, the Staff Scheduling Lead will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the Staff Scheduling Department, including but not limited to: schedule development and review, training, reporting, auditing, system support, and process development in consultation with Manager, Staff Scheduling. In addition, this role will have a working knowledge of recruitment, compensation and benefits leave administration and labour relations.Education & Experience:· College Diploma in business or Office Administration or equivalent education and experience.· Minimum 1 year of experience Scheduling in a Unionized Healthcare Environment· Minimum 1 year of experience Staffing in a Unionized Healthcare Environment· Minimum 1 year of experience in leadership roles· Minimum 1 year of experience working with scheduling softwarePosition Duties and Responsibilities:· Support day to day activities and workflow related to staffing· Be the first point of contact for staffing queries· Escalate staffing concerns, trends, and queries to the Manager, Staff Scheduling, as needed· Support day to day activities and workflow related to scheduling· Be the first point of contact for scheduling queries· Provide regular and clear communication to stakeholders regarding the status of staffing/scheduling activities· Be the first point of escalation for concerns with matters related to staffing/schedulingWhy Work at Providence Care Hospital:
