L'étendue de ses responsabilités comprend, les retours d'articles en magasin, les commandes spéciales, les commandes avec installation et les commandes en ligne. Expériences et compétences recherchées
Avoir une expérience de minimum 1 an avec le service à la clientèle.
Posséder de bonnes compétences en informatique.
Être une personne structurée et organisée
Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable.
Posséder de solides aptitudes organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et être doué pour le service à la clientèle.
Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu'à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l'aide d'un(e) collègue.
Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d'autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe.
