Maintenance Mechanic

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment (conveyors, pumps, grinders, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO) and company standards
• Work closely with Production and Process teams

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge an asset
• Experience with pneumatics & hydraulics (required)
• TIG welding and plastics experience are assets
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• $25-$30/hour
