- Travel: 20–30% international travel required
- Provide global leadership across end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
- Lead global logistics and freight strategy, including carrier management, contract negotiations, routing optimization, and cost control
- Partner with Trading and Commercial teams to align supply chain execution with market dynamics, trading positions, and customer commitments
- Oversee inventory planning and working capital performance, balancing service levels, cost efficiency, and risk
- Establish and track key supply chain KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability
- Develop and maintain global supply chain governance, controls, and standardized processes, while managing risk across disruptions, capacity constraints, and geopolitical factors
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and R&D to support budgeting, forecasting, cost visibility, and advancement of digital tools, automation, and AI-driven capabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop regional teams while supporting the integration and scaling of supply chain operations across new and existing markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset
- 15+ years of progressive global supply chain leadership experience, ideally within commodities, agriculture, or international trade environments
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-region supply chains with significant logistics, freight, and inventory scope
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, service, risk, and working capital
- Demonstrated success leading senior, cross-regional teams in complex environments
- Deep understanding of global logistics networks, freight markets, and trade flows
- Experience within agricultural commodities or global trading environments
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI-driven forecasting, or supply chain automation initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions, combined with a practical, hands-on leadership style focused on continuous improvement
