If you’re an experienced Project Manager who thrives on seeing concepts turn into beautifully executed spaces, and have experience in retail construction project management, this is your chance to lead projects from the ground up.The Role
You’ll be the driving force behind retail build-outs across Canada—managing timelines, budgets, and quality while keeping clients and teams engaged every step of the way. From pre-construction planning and tendering to site coordination and final closeout, you’ll make sure each detail aligns with the client’s vision.What You’ll DoLead retail construction projects end-to-end, from bidding to completionPrepare and issue tender packages and scopes of workCoordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to keep projects on trackProvide exceptional client service and foster long-term relationshipsOversee and mentor support staff, including Project CoordinatorsHandle budgets, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and reconciliationsEnsure all health & safety policies are followedTravel as needed to oversee projects on-siteWhat You Bring3–5 years’ experience in retail construction project managementA degree ,diploma or training in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering—or a relatable fieldStrong knowledge of building drawings, codes, and specificationsExceptional organizational skills with a detail-driven mindsetAbility to communicate clearly and build trust with clients and teams alikeProficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plusWillingness to travel on a project basisIf you’re ready to bring world-class retail spaces to life and want to work with a company that values precision, creativity, and collaboration—Apply now
