We are also a leading supplier of uranium refining, conversion, and fuel manufacturing services from our operations in Ontario.The RoleCameco's business technology services (BTS) department is responsible for supporting the business by providing technology solutions that ensure the organization can work effectively and efficiently at all of our global operations.In this role, you will:
  • Support governance and compliance activities by coordinating evidence gathering, remediation tracking, exception handling, and cross-team coordination.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of SAP transports, SoD reports, and other time-sensitive activities to ensure the effectiveness of key controls.
  • Coordinate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of organization-wide security awareness and training programs, baseline audits, phishing campaigns and other activities.
  • Oversee cross-team coordination of vulnerability management activities, including remediation tracking and exception handling.
  • Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory initiatives, by organizing evidence, demonstrating control effectiveness, and maintaining accountability across stakeholders.
  • Support BTS by ensuring process documentation are up to date.
Required:
  • bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline;
  • five to eight of experience in a variety of IT roles;
  • strong organization and coordination skills to meet deadlines, and a solid understanding of IT systems and processes;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • excellent analytical and system thinking skills.
Recommended:
  • applicable ISACA certification such as CGEIT, CISA, CRISC or CISM; and
  • experience with COBIT and ITIL methodologies.
