To excel in this role, you'll bring:
  • A degree or certification in IT, Data Engineering, or a similar field, coupled with 5-7 years of experience working on enterprise-level data solutions.
  • Expertise in data integration pipelines, unstructured data management, and scalable cloud data platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Delta Lake, and familiarity with Databricks is a bonus.
  • Strong command of data governance practices, database optimization, and schema design.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark; experience with Power BI or Snowflake is highly desirable.
  • Prior involvement in project coordination or technical leadership of cloud-based data systems.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Communicative, detail-oriented, and ready to mentor others while promoting data literacy within a team.
