Salary: $25.00-$28.00/hourOur client in Toronto is currently seeking an Office Administrator with Accounting experience to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in both administrative and accounting tasks.Position Responsibilities:
- Accounting Support - Assist with day-to-day accounting functions
- Order Entry - Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure timely processing, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Invoicing - Generate and distribute invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure all billing activities are properly recorded.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, mail coordination, and communication support.
- Unbox, sort, and organize incoming boxes or deliveries. Maintain inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Document Filing - Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and recordkeeping.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
- QuickBooks experience is a must
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain systematic records.
- Proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets, utilizing formulas, and effectively analyzing data.
