Vacancies: 1About the RoleFuze HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) to support multiple ready-mix concrete facilities in the Winnipeg area. You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing mechanical operations, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring facilities operate at full production capacity.This is an excellent opportunity for millwrights or industrial mechanics with experience in conveyors, motors, steam generators, and general mechanical systems to work in a dynamic, safety-focused industrial environment.What We OfferSalary: $42.20/hr (under union negotiation for increase)Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMOvertime: Paid OT for weekends (time & a half, then double time)Unionized: Teamster Local 979Benefits: Health & Dental for employee + dependents, Pension/Retirement plan, EFAPAdditional Perks: $1000 annual tool allowance, safety boots $300 after 6 monthsVacation: 4% start, increasing to 12% with tenureWhat You'll DoMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment across multiple facilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and inspections on conveyors, motors, steam generators, and other machineryMaintain parts inventory and ensure facilities run at full production capacityFollow strict safety protocols in a hot/cold, indoor/outdoor industrial environmentCollaborate with management and team members to optimize operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForInterprovincial Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic)3+ years in industrial millwright work, including mechanical troubleshootingBasic computer skills, mechanical diagnostics, adherence to safety protocolsPreferred: Welding/fabrication experience (CWB or Provincial), experience mentoring apprentices, additional certifications (First Aid, TDG, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Heavy Equipment Operator)Must be able to pass respirator fit test (clean-shaven where seal meets face)How to ApplyIf you are a motivated Millwright ready to join a safety-focused industrial team, apply now by submitting your resume to for immediate consideration.Diversity & Inclusion StatementFuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
