- Ensure complete processing of customer orders, from entry to delivery.
- Accurately record orders in the system, verify information (items, quantities, addresses), and ensure accuracy.
- Manage returns and complaints in accordance with established procedures and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track order progress and communicate with customers as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, transportation, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Contribute to inventory management to avoid shortages and support purchasing.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize order management processes.
- Bilingual French/English (an asset).
- 2-3 years of experience in an order management role.
- Organization and rigor: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Ensure the accuracy of processed data.
- Clear communication: Collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal partners.
- Proficiency with computer tools: Knowledge of order management and/or CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to anticipate and quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
