Complete assigned work to meet team SLA
Manage customer payments
Complete Daily and Weekly Reporting
Complete exception handling and open order investigations
Investigate and reconcile aged AR
Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador
Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager
Coordinate the activities to identify, troubleshoot and find solutions to problems related to process, people and IT failures
Responsible to ensure that process documentation related to the scope of responsibility are kept current
Develop and nurture a culture of safety, quality, service, efficiency, and consistency

Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in managing customer payments and receivables including the reconciliation of payments
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent time management and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
