- Welcome clients and guests at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls; monitor voicemails
- Manage incoming emails, mail, and deliveries; arrange couriers
- Provide phone reception backup for other offices
- Set up meetings, including catering
- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies; maintain office kitchens and appliances
- Assist with basic housekeeping and office organization
- Support travel bookings and other administrative tasks as required
- Other duties may be assigned, as required
- Previous reception/front desk or hospitality/corporate experience would be an asset
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of professional client services and care
- Ability to work alone and use own initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
