- Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.
- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.
- Use the UltiPro Recruiting platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the local and GDPR policies.
- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
AssociatesExperience : 5 years: Experience in recruiting technical candidates - SAP preferred.
0 years: Knowledge of software/application development, project management, consulting, SAP modules, cloud technologies and other related technologies. Understanding of technical recruiting lifecycle and various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Google X-ray, Github, Regional Specific Sources and Social Media).

0 years: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
0 years: Must possess an assertive, outgoing and persuasive personality.
0 years: Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.
