- Provide expert support to the manufacturing floor, solving problems under pressure and ensuring that production runs smoothly to meet production deadlines.
- Support factory acceptance tests and keep documents up to date.
- In charge of weekly technical reports to senior managers.
- In close cooperation with Team 1 and other entities in the company, compile and keep updated assembly and testing specifications of existing and future products.
- Provide input on maintenance protocols.
- May be requested as support to installation and commissioning teams.
- Analyze test failure of subsystems and provide the rework procedure to meet compliance.
- Provide operational leadership, recommending evolutions of assembly methods and testing procedures in order to optimize workflow with future evolutions.
- You have 8+ years experience in both theoretical and hands-on opto-mechanical assemblies with most of this time spent in a manufacturing production environment.
- You are rigorous with strong problem-solving aptitudes.
- You are autonomous and have an appetite to learn advanced concepts and make connections between various scientific fields.
- You understand manufacturing environments and tight delivery schedules.

Bachelor in relevant Science related field or Engineering Degree (Electronics, Physics or Optics) plus 8+ years experience ideally in a production environment.English fluency is required for this position.
