- Prepare accurate and time sensitive employee documents such as employment offers, disciplinary and termination letters
- Process HR transactions using Human Capital Management (HCM) and Kronos time and attendance systems.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR related inquiries, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Coordinate programs such as employee uniforms, employee years of service, employee engagement surveys, and student scholarship initiatives.
- In coordination with our other HR team members, act as backup Receptionist/Customer Care Associate; answering phones, arranging travel, preparing weekly courier bags.
- Various HR administrative duties and special assignments as required.
- Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to protect confidential information.
- Excellent time management skills and a demonstrated capability to work on multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency to execute, meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Customer-focused, results driven team player. Flexible, positive can-do attitude.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team and individually.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in HR or in Office Administration, is preferred.
- The ability to speak and write in French and English would be considered an asset
- CPHR designation would be considered an asset.
