Please specify your preferred location upon application.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for service inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and effective customer support.
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of resources and staff.
  • Monitor service operations during shifts, addressing any issues or challenges promptly to minimize impact on service quality.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
