• Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume, flagship environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for the Nike brand and the sports industry.
