As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes- Manage and schedule subcontractors and crew members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met- Collaborate with project manager to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics- Oversee material procurement and inventory management- Conduct regular meetings with crew members to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure effective communication- Implement and enforce safety regulations on the job site- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders Skills- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team of subcontractors and crew members- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control to ensure projects meet industry standards- Experience in construction estimating to accurately assess project costs- Proficient in using tools such as Bluebeam for document managementIf you have a passion for construction and possess the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.   • Drainage and excavation and grading knowledge
  • Carpentry knowledge
  • Concrete forming and finishing experience.
  • Concrete and Hardscape installation experience
  • Building restoration work
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend work
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
