This role is not limited to only items listed below. Other duties may be required as business and customer needs change.
  • Dispatch drivers
  • ·Based on customer needs -ensuring not to have runouts
  • ·Schedule drivers (i.e. start times, days of the week, etc.)
  • ·Ensure proper PPE is worn for each task as required.
  • ·Ordering fuel based on customer needs and bulk storage to ensure our bulk tanks are full
  • ·Process daily batches (Sales, Payments, Purchases, Deposits, E-invoice back-up, etc.)
  • ·Create lubricant invoices as needed
  • ·Assist customers in picking up lubricant products
  • ·Daily inventory reconciliation - resolve any outstanding issues
  • ·Customer service - by phone, in person, by email
  • ·Assist customers or direct them to the person who can help
  • ·Submit payroll hours every week (Monday)
  • ·Month End process (including inventory reconciliation - Lights & Lubes)
  • ·Ensure oil/water separator dips are entered weekly
  • ·Other duties as required.
  • ·i.e. ordering stationary, distributing SUPERPASS cards, petty cash, etc.
