- Provide timely and accurate assistance to service technicians and external customers, identifying the correct parts for their needs.
- Process parts orders and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
- Utilize parts catalogues and computer systems to locate and procure parts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement strategies to reduce inventory loss.
- Proven experience as a parts Technician or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical knowledge of parts and machinery, preferably within the specific industry of our client.
