Position Overview:As a Store Manager at Serenity Wig Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey to find the perfect hair replacement solution, both in person and through our online platform. Your expertise in sales, coupled with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact, will contribute to our mission of empowering women’s confidence and positive self-image by offering beautiful and natural hairpieces.Key Responsibilities:Consultation and Assessment:
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Recommend the best hair replacement solutions based on lifestyle and expectations.
  • Collaborate and refer clients with hair loss and scalp conditions to seek treatment.
Measurement and Fitting:
  • Measure and fit custom-made or stock hairpieces, such as wigs and toppers.
  • Ensure the proper size, shape, color, and style of the hairpieces.
  • Educate clients on how to wear and maintain their hairpieces.
Application and Maintenance:
  • Effectively apply, remove, and maintain hairpieces.
  • Educate clients on proper maintenance.
  • Provide aftercare and follow-up services.
Sales and Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process payments, and manage returns/exchanges. Build and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Emotional Support and Guidance:
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to clients dealing with hair loss or scalp conditions.
  • Listen empathetically, provide positive feedback, and refer to additional resources if needed.
Trends and Education:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Collaboration and Management:
  • Work collaboratively with staff and management.
  • Follow boutique policies and contribute to its improvement and growth. Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally.
Community and Charity:
  • Build relationships with organizations and promote our services.
  • Organize fundraising and awareness campaigns for hair loss causes.
  • Manage support programs and contribute to charity events.
Online Presence - Website, Social Media, and Marketing:
  • Manage online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media.
  • Promote products, services, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics.
  • Implement strategies to increase online presence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Empathetic and compassionate communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hair replacement techniques and products is a plus but not necessary, as extensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Generous Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: $49,921.92
  • Uncapped Commission and Performance Bonuses- Potential earnings: $70,760 Comprehensive Extended Health Benefits.
Must-Haves:
  • Proficient in managing online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly master the position and train a team member to duplicate herself.
