This position is responsible for assembling a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications. The main areas of focus include meeting production requirements, station set up, health & safety and quality control.The TeamWe are currently a dynamic team of 10 from varied backgrounds. We work closely with the entire AGI Saskatoon Team. The Mechanical Assembler will report directly to the Branch Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Mechanical Assembler to ensure that assembling processes and procedures are being followed and that quality standards and timelines are being met.Qualifications- Mechanically inclined a must
- knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Able to read and understand blueprints/assembly manuals.
- Production, quality, and safety orientated.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to learn and take instruction.
- Capable of troubleshooting and problem solving.
