- Provide executive counselling services, to portfolio of clients within our global FSI practice, on their technology strategy, roadmaps and execution plans.
- Ability to participate in unstructured value-based client conversations and create new methods for a client’s personal success.
- Provide confidential and professional advising to our members in-person or leveraging collaboration media platforms, including video.
- Evaluate members’ needs and work with them to set objectives and develop a strategy/work plan within the terms and conditions of the members’ agreement.
- Embrace Info-Tech Research Group culture of continuous learning by participating in on-going self and industry development activities.
- Provide proactive thought leadership and new ideas not “asked for” on behalf of the client’s membership.
- Participate in regular communication / support / education and participation with Sales Leadership and Account Directors to account planning and support efforts.
- Leverage ITRG and 3rd party assets to deliver on promises within the memberships.
- Diagnose member value expectations pain points and connect them with appropriate Info-Tech Research Group product solutions.
- Provide statistical and summary reports that reflect the elements of service KPI’s, continuous improvement, and promotion of strategic and operational goals and objectives.
- Possess a minimum of 20 years of professional IT experiences at multiple enterprises in North America; including CIO and leadership positions within additional business environments (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc...)
- Depth of experience in one, or more, of our key industry subsegments of banking, insurance, wealth/asset management or private equity, with understanding of core business models, industry trends and technology challenges
- Solid people relationship management skills; operational and systems development skills and experience in proposal writing, financial budgeting, management and reporting
- In depth understanding of various industry executive management roles, politics, human behavior and predictive scenarios related to IT leadership
- Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and respond to diverse needs of a variety of key-stakeholders
- Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism and adherence to ethical principles of conduct
- Strong communication and organizational skills, self-starter
- Ability to adhere to members and Info-Tech Research Group core value as a trusted executive
- Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel approx. 25% of the time, as needed and obtain a TN1 Visa
