We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Servicer to join our team!POSITION SUMMARY:Perform routine daily maintenance and repairs of the building structure and mechanical systems, parking lots, outdoor common areas, and grounds to ensure the achievement of established standards of accommodation for long-term care residents.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Formal and hands-on training in the skills of two or more maintenance or relevant craft occupations (E.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC or electrical maintenance).
  • Good listening skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to complete work with minimal direction.
