  • Given the diversity of markets and solutions, and the high dependence on impact and influence to get things done, this role requires an individual who demonstrates high intellectual agility, strategic thinking, partnership and bias to action, with base experience in one of the key markets we serve (such as Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of TransUnion solutions and competitive positioning
  • 15 years plus experience in Product Management, Strategy/Consultancy and Analytics, preferably in Financial Services
  • Be solutions-oriented and not afraid to get your ‘hands-dirty’ in the execution activities while simultaneously being responsible for developing robust strategy and long term growth plans;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Adept at articulating strategic plans, operational/tactical execution plans, and go-to-market plans
  • A natural curiosity and advanced problem-solving abilities;
  • You are an Analyst at heart, highly adept at Financial/business case modelling and you are at your best when you can apply strategic-thinking to complex business problems;
  • You understand and thrive when leading in a matrix environment and are able to effectively lead through influence;
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision;
  • You have the ability and aptitude to think innovatively and drive change within both internal and client organizations;
  • You possess highly advanced presentation skills with deep experience presenting to audiences of various sizes and seniority supporting business and technical functions.
  • You thrive when managing and leading in ambiguous situations.
  • You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries.
  • MBA from top 10 B-Schools; Graduation in Engineering / Economics / Statistics from top-Tier colleges.
Impact You'll Make:The incumbent will work with key stakeholders to help the organization make go/no go decisions on new opportunities through robust business casing and evaluation processes. To be successful in the role you will be a true strategic thinker with subject matter expertise in Financial Services and strategy consulting. The incumbent will work to enable global IP diffusion by partnering with business owners, Chief Product Officers and other senior leaders to bring new solutions to our markets and adjacencies.
  • As Sr. Principal, Emerging Solutions, you will be a leader in the International Market Solutions Center of Excellence team with accountability to identify and action opportunities to develop and diffuse solutions from the US or International regions, into multi-market opportunities
  • This role will focus on emerging and new capabilities outside of core Credit, Fraud and Marketing Services solutions that are relevant to our target markets, create significant economic value for customers and can be a ramp to new growth vectors for our International regions.
  • Designs, facilitates and manages the evaluation process to determine a go/no go decision on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Defines Emerging Solutions strategy aligned to key markets and adjacencies (Insurance, Fintech and Gaming) with responsibility for business casing and sign-off, and support/ownership through build and GTM
  • Partners with key stakeholders to build the information required to develop a point of view and recommendation on partnership opportunities that bring new capabilities to Solutions in International
  • Understand the revenue drivers and be accountable to tie product development activity to the overall and regional product revenue plans ;
  • This will require impact, influence and strong partnership with Global Solutions, Markets and Strategy to refine, focus and materialize opportunities.
  • This role will also serve as a Chief of Staff to the SVP, International Solutions and lead key initiatives for International Solutions, such as enhanced Product P&L reporting and analysis, improved product governance and risk tracking, and the quarterly and annual review and planning processes.
  • Ad-hoc projects or special assignments should be expected.
