- Sew garments on various types of sewing machines
- Contributes to the creation and evolution of construction standards
- Assess the quality of garments before and after sewing to ensure garments are up to standards
- Responsible for prototype assembly
- Able to follow tech packs for garment construction of new products
- Identifies areas for improvement in order to improve quality and construction
- Prepare machines by changing needles and thread, oiling, and changing bobbins
- Meets delivery deadlines by working with team to ensure products are made correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in sewing area
- Supports training of new team members
- Responsible to do QC when required
- Open to work in other stations in production line that dont require garment assembly (packing, sorting, etc)
- Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded at a daily basis
- Demonstrates knowledge of fabrics and quality workmanship of products
- Advanced sewing skills
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines
- Ability to work effectively as member of a team, collaborate with others, and work independently as required
- Detail oriented , punctual, consistent, productive, and efficient
- Manual dexterity

- Hand - eye coordination
- Must have knowledge of garment construction
