Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
  • Brings proven experience in financial management within the retail or related industry, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of influencing business decisions and managing teams.
  • Is proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
