Collaborating with a Senior Manager, you eagerly anticipate the opportunity to facilitate learning and development, craft impactful tools and resources, and foster engaging learner engagement.In this role you will...Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement and iterate producer development programs and training modules.Work with subject matter experts to create training content, tools, and resources.Develop engaging and effective training materials, which can include presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.Assist in delivering training programs, which may involve facilitating webinars and workshops. Engage with internal and external subject matter experts and mentors to enhance the learning experience.Coordinate instructor-led training, working with internal and external trainers Act as a thought leader in the field of sales training, coaching, and commercial real estate. Share insights and best practices within the organization.What you'll bringMinimum 3-5 years of experience in brokerage sales & leasing, talent development, human resources, or related field.Ability to develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leadership within the assigned organizations and cross-functionally.Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a hybrid and remote team environment.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field preferred.Experience in talent management and development, early careers, training, and coaching is preferred.Approximate Salary Range for Role: $70,000 to $85,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
