- Plan, coordinate and lead studies
- Prepare regulatory analyses to determine the need for authorization;
- Plan, coordinate and carry out applications for review, ministerial authorization or declaration of conformity.
- Plan, coordinate and manage the environmental impact studies and other federal or provincial environmental assessments, as part of multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on sector studies, environmental authorizations or impact studies;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop environmental monitoring and follow-up programs, and conduct environmental audits.
- Write environmental specifications and participate in the preparation of design studies
- Lead and support team members in the completion of mandates
- Ensure the application of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program
- Manage budgets and project schedules
- Participate in the preparation of service proposals and business development.
- Profile
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- Pertinent knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations
- 10 years of experience related to environmental authorizations or environmental impact studies
- Experience in a private consulting engineering firm is a significant asset
- Membership in the OIQ, ABQ or AQEI is an asset
- Excellent writing skills and oral and written communication skills in French
- Availability for occasional travel
